Post Classic Racing Association (“PCRA”) recognises that clients may have concerns about the privacy and confidentiality of their personal information when using our online facility to renew their membership. The following is intended to inform the client about the type of information accessed and/or retained by PCRA and the use made of that information.

Member information such as name, address, phone number and email address is collected for purposes ofjoing PCRA. This information is stored in secure databases which can only be accessed by authorised PCRA representatives. We will not at any time share, sell or licence this information to any other company or organisation, unless we are required to do so by law or to enforce the terms of agreements with our clients, or unless you have given your explicit consent. The information will only be used to inform clients about PCRA matters, such as committee meeting minutes and upcoming Events which may be of interest to the member. Members who do not wish to receive any further communications or updates, or wish to inform us about a change in your personal information, please email memberships@postclassicracing.com.au

Members are asked to provide credit card details at the payment stage of the registration/ordering process. We do not view or store credit card information as this information is sent to our bank for verification in real time through a secure payment gateway, and the client is immediately notified about the acceptance/rejection of the payment. At no time will any representative of PCRA be able to access or collect this information.

Membership Renewal Refunds Policy

Prior to payment, the client is asked to review all details on their membership application, including mailing address. We do not give refunds for membership renewals. Any dispute should be referred to the Treasurer at treasurer@postclassicracing.com.au

Membership Renewal Pricing

The price of membership is $55 inc GST per calendar year or part thereof commencing January 1 through to December 31.
Within Australia, GST will be charged at the rate of 10%. A tax invoice is provided upon payment and will be sent automatically to the client by email.

Security

Members are asked to provide credit card details at the payment stage of the membership renewal process. We do not view or store credit card information as this information is sent to the eWay payment gateway payment page for verification in real time (see www.eway.com.au) and the client is immediately notified about the acceptance/rejection of the payment. At no time will any representative of Post Classic Racing Association be able to access or collect credit card details.
